IESR 160: BASIC SAMPLING AND SPILL RESPONSE

This course comprehensively introduces sampling methods and spill response techniques for soil and water. Students will understand the basic principles of environmental sampling and spill response then learn to select and apply appropriate sampling techniques for soil and water. It aims to equip students with the essential skills and knowledge to effectively manage and respond to environmental spills, ensuring minimal environmental impact and compliance with relevant regulations. Through this course, students will gain proficiency in planning and executing spill response strategies and become familiar with safety and environmental regulations governing spill response.
